- For self:
- Is your suffering as a result of your own sin?
- If so, confess
- Is your suffering a result of someone else’s sin?
- If so, forgive
- What is God saying to you through this?
- What does God want me to do?
- Is your suffering as a result of your own sin?
- When witnessing others’ suffering:
- Don’t judge. You do not know the reason for their suffering
- Ask yourself if there is a way to bear this burden with them
- For self:
